Lab 385 is a Perth web design and development company partnering with WA organisations to create websites that support growth, connection, and long-term success.

Our websites are built to serve reliably for five years, giving your team the confidence to lead with clarity.

We focus on practical infrastructure that supports day-to-day operations, the stuff that makes websites last.

Our Story

Lab 385 was founded in 2023 by Richard Reitzenstein and Jessica Kaitse after more than half a decade building digital platforms for government, health, education, and community organisations across Western Australia within Bam Creative.

We saw opportunities being held back by outdated systems. So we created an agency that puts infrastructure first, designing digital platforms that support strong operations, confident teams, and future growth.

Since then, we’ve supported organisations working with vulnerable youth, remote Aboriginal communities, mental health services, and regional schools as well as businesses focusing on property and manufacturing.

In every case, our role has been to build websites that lift operational load and strengthen service delivery.

  • We honour the lived experiences, cultures, and constraints of the people we build for

  • We create websites that support confidence and reduce dependence.

  • Every decision is made with clarity, calm, and accessibility in mind.

  • It’s about collaboration and empowering you to own your website.
